Fortunately you do not have to face it all on your own. I can relate to the hardships that come along with day to day living. I have focused on my own personal journey in order to be an authentic therapeutic support for you.

I am dedicated to helping you overcome your unique barriers, whether it is divorce, infant loss, addiction, relational issues, depression, or anxiety. I will help you focus on your individualized goals striving for stability and contentment.

I have served North Central Pennsylvania for over 23 years as a social worker. My husband I decided to move forward with Aspiring Growth LLC in order to provide clients with the opportunity to take control of their life again. We serve clients virtually in Pennsylvania and Georgia.

I strive to ensure each of my clients are empowered throughout treatment. Therapy is a personal and unique journey for the individual choosing to take control of their life.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you along your journey. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a research based treatment option for trauma recovery. We can evaluate if this may be a therapeutic option for you during a free consultation.
